    Jounin123 is right. At the beginning of shippuden, Naruto was using all these new tricks (not techniques, which by the way he needs more of) and now he doesnt pull them off anymore. And all that time spending with Jiraiya he didn’t even learn one Jutsu. WHile Sasuke probably learned 50. But we all know even though he doesn’t have new techniques or anything hes still gonna beat that girl.

    Pein’s (the leader of akatuski) eye technique that lets you use all five elemental techniques
    in the manga he is the only one (we know of) that has it but then again the manga is different from the anime for instance Asuma dies by a member of Akatuski.
