Itachi gives half of his power to Naruto becuz when sasuke kills itachi he finds out the truth of the uchiha massacre and he wants vengeance on konoha. So itachi gave his power to Naruto to protect the village from sasuke. Tobi is madara, and madara tells sasuke to take itachis eyes after he is defeated.

Unlike the other fillers these feel as though they have more importance with the greater stroyline, in context with the mange and what happens at the fire temple there this fits perfectly. Granted I can’t wait for them to b done but the best filler series so far.

    I agree, The episodes are so short too, 23 mins and sometimes all they do is talk talk talk. Almost like this episode.
